Federal Regulations update: School Operations

In this annual event NSBA’s legal team will provide an update on the most recent changes from the U.S. Supreme Court’s last term and changes in federal law and federal agency rules. Among other things, they will address Supreme Court holdings in Loper Bright Enterprises and Muldrow; the new Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act and the accompanying changes in Title IX and the FLSA in relation to the law; Title IX; the new FLSA rule that relates to overtime for highly compensated individuals; and the change in the ADA regarding website accessibility. (May qualify as 60 minutes of Ethics in most states)

Title IX Redux: How the New Regulations Change Policy and Practice in Public Schools
