The National Hispanic Council of School Board Members (NHC) serves in an advisory capacity to the NSBA in matters affecting NSBA’s policy and program issues and serves to foster an organizational culture based on sound education research, assessment and evaluation principles. The purpose of NHC is to promote quality education for all students with emphasis on the problems and successes of the Hispanic student.

Membership Offerings

Regular membership (voting rights) includes any elected or appointed local school board member or state board of education member within the United States and its off-shore territories. Dues for regular members are $75 annually.
Associate membership (non-voting rights) is open to administrators, educators, and citizens-at-large. Dues for associate members are $50 annually.
