National School Boards Association Files Amicus Brief Opposing Arizona Law Preventing Mask Mandates

In response to the Arizona School Boards Association’s lawsuit seeking to overturn an Arizona law that prohibits school boards from requiring masks in schools, NSBA has filed an amicus curiae brief in Arizona state court informing courts about the realities schools face in navigating restrictive laws and mandates where communities need flexibility.
