Join NSBA General Counsel Francisco Negrón and members of the NSBA legal team for a review of key decisions from the high court during its 2015 term, including its landmark same sex marriage ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges. We'll analyze the Court's approach in several decisions affecting public schools - EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch (finding need for religious accommodation need only be a motivating factor in an employment decision) and Perez v. Mortgage Bankers Ass'n (holding an agency is not required to use notice-and-comment procedures to amend or repeal an initial interpretive rule) - and discuss cases the Court has accepted for the October 2016 term.
