Our school law seminars and webinars offer invaluable professional development opportunities and CLE credit for school lawyers. These programs are presented by school law practitioners for school law practitioners and target your professional needs.

School Law Seminars

The October 2020 COSA School Law Practice Virtual Seminar delved into pressing legal issues in Labor & Employment, Title IX Procedures and COVID-19 Challenges. Our participants were able to customize their seminar experience by registering for the entire event, Oct. 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 & 29, or by choosing a daily rate. Participants could also earn 11-plus hours of CLE credit at each seminar. Filing CLE credit and assuring approval in your state is an integral part of our seminar program. Learn more about the Seminar at the COSA SLPS Event page.

The 2021 School Law Seminar will take place in April of 2021. Check back for more information. The call for proposals has expired for this seminar. If you have questions about the School Law Seminar, please contact COSA.
