The Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics

The Bureau of Labor Statistics collects, processes and analyzes essential information in the field of labor economics and statistics. Relevant to current social and economic issues, the data reflect today’s rapidly changing economic conditions.

Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce

An independent, nonprofit research and policy institute, the Center on Education and the Workforce studies the link between education, career qualifications and workforce demands. Since 2008, the Center on Education has conducted research related to jobs, skills and equity to better inform students, parents, teachers and policymakers about the changing relationship between education and careers.

Institute for Workplace Skills and Innovation America

A workforce development organization, Institute for Workplace Skills and Innovation America (IWSI America) collaborates with enterprising businesses, nonprofits and governments on growing pipelines of talent to meet dynamic workforce needs. IWSI America works with more than 700 apprentices and trainees within a network of over 300 employer partners across a broad range of industry sectors.
