The scope includes 1st Amend. and 5th Amend. rights of religion, as well as 4th Amend. and 5th Amend. protections. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (1964), ADA, FMLA, ADEA and FLSA will be covered as time permits. (Note: Due process rights are covered under another School Law Primer module, employee discipline.)
