Deposits, confirmations, and check-in time
Deposit: A deposit guarantee is required for each reservation and can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club), check, or money order. Credit card deposits will be in an amount equal to one night's room stay plus tax. (Please note that the credit card can be used only as a guarantee and the hotel may charge only the deposit amount after September 30, 2009. A valid credit card is needed on check-in). If you wish to send a check, please send $200 per room or $400 per suite, make the check payable to Convention Management Resources, and mail it to T+L Housing Bureau, 33 New Montgomery Street, Suite 1420, San Francisco, CA 94105. All check deposits must be received by September 30, 2009.
Confirmation: T+L Housing will send you a written acknowledgement. Please read it immediately and carefully to verify all information.
Check-in Time: At most hotels, it's between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Changes, cancelations, and refunds: All changes and cancellations must be made directly with T+L Housing prior to September 30, 2009. DO NOT contact the hotel directly. Cancellations must be received by September 30, 2009, to avoid a penalty. Contact T+L Housing Bureau c/o Convention Management Resources at 800-636-4766 (U.S./Canada) or 415-979-2265 (International) with any questions, or e-mail your housing questions to T+L2009housing@cmrus.com.
Cancellation: You will receive a full refund of your deposit if your reservation is cancelled prior to September 30, 2009. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to September 30, 2009, or fail to arrive on your confirmed date, your credit card will be charged the one-night room charge plus tax 9 and your reservation will be canceled for the remainder of your stay.
