Support for YOUR Session at T+L
Clinic’s Team and the A/V company will be the support network for the T+L Conference Programming. Any problems, concerns, or glitches with your room set-up and A/V equipment can be resolved by working directly with the Clinic’s team staff.
What Presenter’s can expect from the Clinic’s Team during the Conference:
- In the thirty minutes prior to your presentation, a Clinic’s team member will stop by your room to ensure that all the equipment and requests have been met. At this time they will also drop off your session’s evaluation forms that you will need to hand out at the end of your presentation. Please arrive to your presentation room 15-20 minutes prior to your session’s scheduled start time to allow yourself time to set up as well as to provide time for the clinic’s staff to touch base with you.
- Once your session has begun you can expect to see a Clinic’s Team member stop by to silently check on your session and monitor the room count.
- After your session is completed a Clinic’s team member will stop by to collect the completed evaluation forms and ensure that the presentation went smoothly.
