If you would like, we will also provide you with a 4’x 8’ display board, a small projection screen, a VHS and monitor, OR a 15" computer monitor. You had indicated your choice on your original submission form; if you would like to make a change, please note it on the booth confirmation and equipment form.

Please remember to bring along your own extension cord and surge protector power strip. Also, if you request a projection screen, you are responsible for providing your own projection unit.
Please attend the presenters’ meeting scheduled from 4:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at Opryland. At this meeting you’ll have the opportunity to meet with the staff handling logistics for the Fair and to get your last minute questions answered. A presenters’ reception will be held immediately following this meeting, so plan to attend and help us kick off the conference. We will send you the meeting and reception locations in September.
Education Excellence Fair descriptions will be posted on the conference Web site in September. We are planning to provide the e-mail address for the primary contact on our Web site so that registrants may send questions or comments to you directly. If you wish to have your e-mail address and Web site listed, please indicate this on the booth confirmation and equipment order form. Plan to prepare handouts (approximately 150) with key facts to assist attendees who may wish to follow up after the conference. If you would like to provide attendees with electronic access to your handout materials after the conference, please plan to give them your email address or point them to a URL during the Fair.
