EdTechKnow (How to Effectively Use for Your Session)
As a presenter you have a chance to really engage the participants in your session. NSBA’S T+L conference utilizes a social networking software that allows participants to find people at T+L facing the same issues. It’s also an opportunity to identify people that have the solutions. As a presenter you can help focus some of the discussions taking place in the network. It is also allows you an opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and knowledge and build an audience for your presentation. With EdTechKNOW you can start the discussion before you get to Nashville and keep it going after everyone returns to their school district. It is an opportunity to extend your learning experience.
What does this mean for you?
Your session will be on the EdTechKnow site and you can add a picture of yourself in addition to more details about the session so that it can be more informative for attendees as they choose what sessions they will attend at T+L. Also, if you are comfortable providing attendees with electronic access to your handout materials after the conference, please plan to post your handouts on our EdTechKnow networking site so attendees can download them.
