A/V and Room Set Requests

All presenters should have already received their Session Profile Forms. These forms allow presenter’s the opportunity to review their session title and workshops description to ensure accuracy and proper representation of the session. The Session Profile Forms also provide presenter’s the opportunity to update presenter contact information as well as confirm the proper room set and A/V requests. If you have not yet received this form please contact Colleen O’Brien, Manager, Education Technology Programs, as soon as possible. All A/V and room set requests will be finalized by July 27, 2007 after which date no adjustments to your requests can be made.
