Manager, Marketing

The National School Boards Association (NSBA) seeks a detail-oriented, creative professional to manage marketing promotions and oversee the development of marketing collateral for print and digital projects.  This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for NSBA conferences, meetings, memberships, and other projects; directing and managing the production of the Annual Conference Program Book; and managing content of the Annual Conference website. This position will work closely with project teams to provide marketing support for current and prospective NSBA services or products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing results-driven marketing plans for new and existing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; direct experience with digital marketing; proven project management experience; strong copywriting skills; knowledge of design and print processes and concepts; ability to work collegially across the association to accomplish time- and revenue-driven priorities; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
