Spend a full day meeting with your senators and representatives on Capitol Hill. Share how their federal policy decisions impact your local district, and put what you have learned at the FRN Conference into action. Join forces with your state association and other FRN members to help present NSBA’s legislative agenda for 2010.

NSBA’s Federal Relations Network (FRN) hosts its annual reception for members of Congress and staff. You may never get another chance to see so many of this year’s important decision makers together in one place. You will not want to miss this important opportunity to network and share your concerns with members of Congress from across the country.

2:00–5:00 p.m. ◊ Council of Urban Boards of Education (CUBE) Issues Forum
The CUBE Issues Forum offers you and your urban counterparts from across the country an opportunity to gather and exchange ideas about the federal legislative concerns that affect your school district. This roundtable session will provide a legislative perspective, with a special focus on urban issues. Immediately following the keynote presentation, the roundtable participants will engage in a more informal exchange about urban and federal legislative issues.
