Santa Fe is located in Northern New Mexico, an hour’s drive north of Albuquerque, the state’s largest city. You can fly into Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) or the Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) open to private aircraft and American Eagle, which offers two nonstop daily flights between Dallas and Santa Fe and one nonstop daily flight between Los Angeles and Santa Fe. There are a number of shuttle services that you can book between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
Getting Around Santa Fe
There is city-wide taxi service and a public bus system, Santa Fe Trails, that serves the city with six routes, including specially decorated buses to Museum Hill. Buses operate from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays. There is no service on Sundays or holidays.
