The Council of School Attorneys’ seminar committee has put together a terrific line up of school law topics, as well as plans for creating a relaxed learning environment. Don’t miss the Council’s first fall seminar held in the Pacific Northwest.

Charlie RoseCharles P. Rose, General Counsel, U.S. Dept. of Education, will give the keynote address for the School Law Practice Seminar on Thursday evening, October 15th. Mr. Rose is a former Council member and labor relations attorney from Illinois. He was nominated by President Obama on March 18, 2009 and confirmed by the United States Senate on May 1, 2009. As General Counsel, he is the chief legal officer for the Dept. of Education and the legal advisor to the Secretary of Education. We look forward to welcoming Mr. Rose to Seattle.
