Coordinator, State Association Partnership Services

The National School Boards Association seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide general support to its State Association Partnership Services department, and its National Connection and Buyboard programs. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Director, State Association Partnership Services and Development staff; compiling and maintaining program reports; coordinating fulfillment requests; developing and updating communications and marketing materials, including web content; coordinating meeting logistics; and providing customer service and support to new and potential members.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; administrative and/or association member services experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications; strong organizational and project management skills; and excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
