Participants of the 2008 Annual Conference need to register before they make their hotel reservations. All registrants will receive a registration confirmation ID# for use in reserving their rooms (Hotel Rates and Map).

Once you’ve registered for the conference and have your registration number, you may reserve your room online or download the housing form to reserve your room via phone, fax, or mail.
