NSBA Announces Complimentary Exhibitor University Program for 2008 Annual Conference Exhibitors
Since 2005, NSBA has offered free exhibitor educational programming for all exhibitors in NSBA events. We are excited to announce that the 2008 NSBA Exhibitor University program goes live this week. This year’s program includes some exciting new programs and changes:
- Each month in your ExhibiTimes newsletter we will feature a strategically-timed, "how-to" exhibiting article addressing a critical exhibiting issue you need to be thinking about at that point in the show implementation cycle. Please be sure to read it, pass it around to your team, and most-importantly act on the ideas that make sense for your organization.
- All companies and exhibit managers NEW to the NSBA Annual Conference are required to logon and view this special webinar titled "Foundation for Exhibiting Success" (enter 1629134231 in the Replay # field). New exhibitors must view this brief webinar before March 21.
- A special web-based e-course titled "Best Practices in Lead Management" is now available. You may view this brief, but critical e-course any time you like before Annual Conference to learn practices for improving lead capture, routing and reporting processes. All viewers will be registered in a contest to win a $50 American Express gift card.
- A live at-show lunch session with America’s leading expert on exhibiting success. Mark your show calendar now for Saturday, March 29 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM. Join us for a FREE lunch (if you register by March 21) and 60 hard hitting minutes of exhibiting skills that show your exhibit staff how to exploit the exhibiting environment. E-mail Karen Miller by March 21 to receive a ticket for a free lunch at the seminar.
Please make sure you and everyone on your exhibiting team takes advantage of these free resources to make the most of your company’s investment in the NSBA Annual Conference.
For questions, please contact Karen Miller at 703-535-1616.
Attendee List Rentals
Plan to reach attendees BEFORE the show — invite them to your booth or schedule on-site appointments with prospective buyers. Research has shown that effective pre-show promotion can significantly increase on-site booth traffic.
All orders must be received by February 22. Attendee list will be e-mailed to exhibitors, in an Excel format, by close of business on February 25.
Free Guest Hall Passes
The NSBA Annual Conference welcomes individuals with an interest in education products and services to visit our Exhibit Floor during the conference.
There is no charge to your company for distributing these passes. We welcome our exhibitors to invite clients, local area teachers and administrators to be “your guest” at the Annual Conference and Exposition. Your guest passes will be postcard-sized self mailers, and they also fit easily into a #10 envelope.
Personalize your passes by adding your company logo! Your logo will be printed in black and white at the top of your guest passes. If you would like your logo added to the passes, please e-mail us your logo in EPS or JPEG format to Jennifer Bloom at jbloom@nsba.org when you fax in or email Complimentary Exhibit Floor Passes Form.
Your personalized guest passes make a great marketing tool! Include them with an invitation or personal letter. Guest passes allow you to:
- Provide your guests and clients access to one of the premier education conferences in the nation.
- Effectively spread the buzz about the conference to the local Orlando area education community.
If you would like to receive guest passes, please complete the Complimentary Exhibit Floor Passes Form and return to NSBA by February 15, 2008.
Exhibitor-Authorized Contractors
If an NSBA Exhibitor plans to use a contractor for exhibit installation and dismantle or for audiovisual requirements, other than the official show contractor (Freeman) and the official audiovisual company (AVW), the Exhibitor must complete the Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor Form and adhere to the EAC regulations and procedures.
