CUBE Survey Reports: Overrepresentation of Minorities in Special Education

The Racial Isolation Task Force and the Urban Student Achievement Task Force of CUBE developed a nine-question survey designed to provide a snapshot of the current situation (2001-02 school year) in urban districts and to share preventive measures that districts have used to address the problem of misidentification.
