Evolution of Charter Schools

Arizona and California hold the title for the number one and number two states with the most charter schools in the nation. Nearly one out of every four public schools in Arizona is a charter school. In California charters constitute 5.4% of the states schools. Partipcants reviewed the unique Arizona and California laws, the evolution of charter schools nationally, and the outcomes for urban public school children.
