Council of School Attorneys (COSA)

Sponsorship Opportunities with COSA

COSA is a membership organization of more than 3,000 attorneys nationwide who work to improve the practice of school law and prevent lawsuits against public schools. Its membership includes state association attorneys, in-house council, and more than 2,700 private practice attorneys. Sponsorships with COSA include:

  • The Annual School Law Seminar -- held in conjunction with NSBA’s Annual Conference, this meeting attracted more than 500 attendees in 2007.  The small seminar sessions maximize attendee-to-faculty interaction, and networking, receptions, and other planned activities allow sponsors to interact with attendees and share information about their products and services.
  • Legal Clips --  an e-mail newsletter service, is published 50 times a year and reaches more than 9,000 attorneys, administrators, and school board members. Sponsorship opportunities are detailed in the link found below.
