The College Campus Climate for Gay Students
Abstract:This article, originally published in The Chronicle of Higher Education, is a first-hand account of a heterosexual graduate student's study of life for gays, lesbians, and bisexuals on college campuses. The author candidly discusses his own fears of being perceived as gay by other students when he began to socialize with gay students as part of his doctoral thesis. This is a very well written and compassionate article.
