Project Assistant, School Health Programs

School Health Programs Department seeks a well-organized individual to fulfill requests for school health information and maintain the School Health Programs database. 

Responsibilities include: conducting database and Internet-based research; providing materials and support services to clients; assisting in the identification of relevant materials for inclusion in the database; updating and entering materials into database records; writing article abstracts; and assisting in the production of materials and logistical arrangements. 

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with college level work in health, education or a related field preferred; proficiency in MS Office and Internet-based research; excellent oral and written communication skills; and an interest in school health issues.  Knowledge of public school issues and public health policies preferred. This is a grant-funded position.
