Tuition Tax Subsidies

Private school tuition tax credits and deductions have morphed into a new breed of school vouchers -- vouchers via the tax code. Seven states currently have tuition tax subsidy programs operating: Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
